Merging of towns at standstill

Neither the Cherry Hill or Merchantville administration sent representatives to the March 6th commission meeting and it was attended by only a few residents. Mayor North, who in the past has voiced his concerns over who would sit on the commission was not at the meeting and has not heard anything on the merger. North noted, “I will say the new administration in Cherry Hill has reached out to me about doing more shared services wherever we can. That’s fortunate, and I feel good about that.”http://on.app.com/FP745j
