Helen C. Cowper, of Surf City, passed away at her home on September 30, 2022. Lynne was born in Camden and raised in Merchantville, NJ. She was formerly of Westchester, PA, where she raised her children and resided in Surf City since 2009. She enjoyed Long Beach Island since she was a child and continued to make those memories with her children. She worked as a realtor for Weichert Realty in Exton, PA for 25 years and raised her granddaughter, Kate. She was a good painter, pottery maker and seamstress and never turned down an opportunity to go shopping. Lynne is survived by her husband of 61 years, William R. Cowper, her children Cynthia Parker and her husband Mark and Timothy Cowper, grandchildren Katelynne Cowper, Madeline Parker, Ryan Parker, Timothy Iamurri, great grandchildren
