The Carroll Will
Thanks to a generous bequeathment from Merchantville residents Walter and Marie J. Carroll, Merchantville School students enjoy a wide variety of opportunities to learn more about the arts and enrich their educational experiences. During the 2021-2022 school year, 24 college-aged eligible students were awarded $97,000 and $50,685 was spent on school projects including academic field trips and art enrichment field trips, student art programs, various clubs, and musical supplies. It's a Bike Rodeo!
On Saturday, July 15th, grab your bikes and head to Chestnut Avenue between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. for a FREE event supporting bike and pedestrian safety. The Merchantville Police Department Bike Patrol will be on hand to work with kids aged 4-12 at a Bike Rodeo to promote cycling proficiency and safe riding - a fun way to introduce and educate children to bicycle skills and safety. Art Reception Planned
Eilanarts Center invites you to join them on January 30th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. for the art reception of their current show "The Shape of Color".
