Malt Madness 2024
Join us for the 2nd annual Malt Madness tournament at the Blue Monkey this March! Eight local craft breweries will compete over seven weeks for bragging rights and a year-long draft line at the Monkey. Winter Storm 1/19/24
Winter storm warning is in effect until 10:00 p.m. EST tonight. Heavy snow with snow accumulations of 5 to 6 inches in portions of northern Delaware, southern New Jersey and southeast Pennsylvania. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute. Temperatures will rapidly drop into the teens late tonight. Trail Extension
Work has almost finished on extending the Merchantville-Pennsauken Multi-Use Trail Project. This rails-to-trails project will utilize existing abandoned railroad ROW adjacent to Chestnut Ave., located in Pennsauken Township. The trail will begin at the termination of the previously completed Merchantville trail portion at Cove Road and a new trail crossing will be provided there.
