urges residents to please be mindful that there is no parking on our county roadways when the road is snow covered. This allows for the county to properly plow the road. Please make sure that your vehicles are removed prior to this evenings storm. We also request that if you live on a residential street and have driveway space that you move your vehicle off of the roadway so that our department of public works can safely plow your street. Winter Storm 1/19/24
Winter storm warning is in effect until 10:00 p.m. EST tonight. Heavy snow with snow accumulations of 5 to 6 inches in portions of northern Delaware, southern New Jersey and southeast Pennsylvania. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute. Temperatures will rapidly drop into the teens late tonight.
