Retail Co-Op Reopens

On Friday, June 5th, Ryan's Retail, at 22 North Centre Street, held a Grand Reopening to celebrate resumption of business beginning June 10th, when their hours will be Wednesday through Saturday from 10-6 p.m.. Customers were able to peruse and purchase lots of new products like snow peas, bunching onions and fresh herbs from Black Sheep Farm, spa sets by Bear Soaps, fresh chicken and duck eggs from Farm Fresh Butt Nuggets, knitted goods from Graceful Knit Knots and, shortbread

Gems Visits Sweet Shop

On Wednesday, South Jersey Gems visited Merchantville. The small town takes you back in time with its beautiful Victorian homes and very walkable downtown. It's also where you'll find one of the sweetest candy shops. Aunt Charlotte's Candies is my absolute favorite. It's adorably decorated for every holiday, with lots of seasonal treats. They also make many candies on site so they're always fresh and delicious!

WOW Center Opening

The WOW Center is a nonprofit organization, located at 44 W. Chestnut Avenue, with a mission of empowering real women with real stories to thrive, dream, believe, and pursue the impossible through love and community. Join them on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at a 5:30 p.m. Ribbon Cutting as we open the doors to our new home to the community. Light refreshments and snacks will be served. Good Day at Charlie's Crepes

Charlie Koory and the Borough recently put shouts out to all Merchantville and neighboring town crepe lovers to show up at the shop on Wednesday, April 19th, when Bob Kelly - traffic anchor and a feature reporter for "Good Day Philadelphia" - was coming to Charlie's Crepes to film a "Kelly Drives" show! To entice participation by some extra customers, Charlie gave away free ham and cheese, spinach and asiago cheese or banana Nutella crepes after 11:00 a.m. to anyone who would just show up and flash their pearly whites on TV.

Art Reception Planned

Eilanarts Center invites you to join them on January 30th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. for the art reception of their current show "The Shape of Color".
