Our 8th Graders Are Our Future
Mayor Brennan extended a special round of applause to the Merchantville School eighth grade students who planned and executed all of the carnival games and relay races we enjoyed at the 150th Birthday Sunday. The 8th grade did a great job coming up with some creative games including: Ducks in a Pond, Mystery Box Guessing, Ping-Pong Toss, Red Cup Stacking, Milk Bottle Toss, Wiffle Ball and Kick Ball. And, some fun competitive races and relay races - Sack Hop, Spoon and Egg, Fireman Costume, Sponge and the Izzy Dizzy Relay

Upgrades at Wellwood
The Borough is proud to share an upgrade to the swings at Wellwood Park! The new set includes accessible options to bring fun to all. This project was made possible through the NJ DCA Local Recreation Improvement Grant and is the first of several plans in Merchantville to improve accessibility and inclusivity. The Local Recreation Improvement Grant is a competitive grant that supports improvement and repair of public recreation facilities including local parks, municipal recreation centers, and local stadiums. Art Reception Planned
Eilanarts Center invites you to join them on January 30th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. for the art reception of their current show "The Shape of Color". This show features local artists including center owner, Nicole Eiland, and others: Beth Fisher, Alison Judah, Kerry Mentzer, Nathan Rutkowski and Leeannwyn Stoner.
