  • Trick or Treating takes place from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. (3:00-5:00 downtown)
  • Crossing guards will be posted on Maple Avenue at Morris Street and on Centre Street at Chestnut Avenue.
  • STREET CLOSURES from 5:00-8:00 p.m.:
      • Centre Street from Chestnut Avenue to Cedar Avenue
      • Walnut Avenue from Leslie Avenue to Gilmore Avenue
      • Cedar Avenue from Leslie Avenue to Gilmore Avenue
      • Rogers Avenue from Centre Street to Cove Road
        • Please be respectful to one another, drive safely and be mindful of pedestrian traffic. Please obey all posted no parking signs. Parking will be strictly enforced and citations written as necessary. There will be increased police presence in all areas throughout the evening. Thank you to the
