Born March 9, 1927 in Riverton, to the late William and Alice Foulke, he was a World War II US Army Veteran, NRA member, and had retired from PNC Bank after working as a comptroller for many years. Husband of the late Dolores Foulke; brother of the late Chick Foulke, Robert Foulke, and Norman DeLaney; he is survived by three children, Lewis H. Bishop Dennis Sullivan will ordain Rev. Mr. Carlo Santa Teresa and Rev. Mr. Steven Bertonazzi to the priesthood on Saturday, May 22nd, at the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, Mary Mother of Mercy Parish in Glassboro.
