Charley's sense of humor was legendary, and he was often the life of the party with his quick wit and endless jokes. He was funny, loving, and spirited, traits that endeared him to everyone he met. Charles J. Carey Jr., affectionately known as Charley to his friends and loved ones, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2024, in Pennsauken. Born in Philadelphia, Charley was a longtime Pennsauken resident and US Army Veteran. Married to his beloved wife, Meg, for 39 wonderful years, Charley was a devoted husband and a pillar of strength for his family.
