Schimpf (Elaine); six dear grandchildren, Jenna Thomasson (Bryan), Peter Schimpf (Anna), Lauren Napoli (Brad), Jonathan A. Schimpf (Kelly), Jonathan C. Schimpf (Mary Catherine), Kimberly Bailey (Thomas); and fifteen cherished great-grandchildren. Dottie was affectionately known as Nana to more than her own family. Dorothy M. Schimpf, 93
Dorothy Mae Schimpf, longtime Pennsauken resident, went to be with the Lord at the age of 93 on Thursday, May 25, 2023. Dottie was a longtime member of the First Presbyterian Church of Merchantville. She also served on the board of the Camden Home for Children for many years. She gave of her gifts and time volunteering for Urban Promise. In her younger years she especially enjoyed being part of the theatrical events for the Merchantville Women’s Club. Dottie was a long time member of Merchantville Country Club for 65 years. As first mate to Captain John, Dottie shared a passion for boating with family and friends on the Delaware
