Volunteers Needed
Memorial Day was created to honor military veterans who sacrificed their lives in service to our country. It’s a solemn holiday, often observed through acts of service and Veterans’ cemeteries throughout the country need volunteers to lay flowers or plant flags on the graves of military veterans. American Legion F.W. Grigg Post 68 will be remembering veterans at several cemeteries on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday - May 17th, 19th and 21st - and are asking for volunteers to help place flags on their gravesites.
